Govt announces task force to assess F1 revival in India

Sports Minister Mansukh Mandaviya on Tuesday announced a task force to assess the challenges and feasibility of reviving F1 in India. Led by NITI Aayog Programme Director Yugal Kishore Joshi, the 10-member committee features Joint Secretary (Sports) Kunal and Motorsports Federation of India President Arindam Ghosh. The team also has representation from the commerce and tourism departments.
