Govt app fails to recogise labourer as he donates his hair, he uses woman's hair as quick fix

An attendance app used for VB-G RAM G scheme failed to recognise a Telangana labourer after he had his hair tonsured. He'd donated his hair as an offering after visiting a temple. The app recognised him and marked his attendance after he placed a female labourer's hair on his head as she stood next to him as a quick fix.
