Govt asks 2 lakh people in Bandra Kurla Complex to use public transport every Friday

Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has launched a first-of-its-kind 'Public Transport Day' every Friday for nearly 2 lakh professionals in Bandra Kurla Complex. They are being encouraged to travel by train, metro, and bus instead of private vehicles every Friday to reduce congestion and the carbon footprint of one of India's busiest business districts.
