Govt asks Meta, X to share data on bomb threats to flights: Report

The government has asked Meta and X to share data on hoax bomb calls and threats made to airlines through their platforms, PTI reported. Over 170 flights have received such threats in the past nine days. Earlier, the Ministry of Electronics and IT reportedly criticised X over the hoax threats and accused it of "abetting crime".
