Govt buildings' exterior walls to be painted orange in Odisha

BJP-led Odisha government has released an order stating that all the government buildings in the state will have a uniform colour code. The order stated that the exterior walls of the buildings will be painted orange with red borders. Currently, the government buildings in the State do not sport a uniform colour.
