Govt can't stop paper leaks, blocked Telegram: Teen hacker who exposed CBSE's OSM flaws

A 19-year-old ethical hacker who exposed flaws in CBSE's OSM system has criticised the government's decision to block Telegram ahead of the NEET-UG 2026 re-exam. "Can't stop paper leaks, ends up blocking Telegram," Nisarga Adhikary said. "Blocking Telegram totally isn't even possible. [It] is designed in such a way [that it] easily allows people to use proxies," Adhikary stated.
