Govt considering SFIO probe after BYJU'S auditor resigns: Report

Ministry of Corporate Affairs is reportedly considering to engage Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) to probe the resignation of BYJU'S auditor and the delayed financial reporting by its parent company, Think & Learn. Deloitte resigned as the auditor of BYJU'S last month. Notably, its resignation letter to the company's board did not mention any non-cooperation by the management or fraud.
