Govt debunks 5-day oil stock claims, says India has 60-day stock

PIB Fact Check has debunked the claims that India has only a five-day strategic oil reserve, calling them misleading. "India's total storage capacity is for 74 days, and currently, a stock of about 60 days is available...This includes crude oil reserves, product reserves, and dedicated strategic storage in underground caverns," it said. Authorities ensure stable fuel supply for two months.
