Govt divests 8% stake in Central Bank of India for ₹732 crore

The government has divested an 8.08% stake in Central Bank of India for ₹731.61 crore, according to an exchange filing posted on Tuesday. Following the sale, the government's stake in the lender stands at 81.19%. Last week, the government launched an offer for sale (OFS) to divest the stake, with a floor price of ₹31 per equity share.
