Govt eases rules for kerosene supply for domestic use in 21 states/UTs

The government relaxed kerosene supply rules in 21 states and Union Territories amid a fuel crisis triggered by Middle East war. The Petroleum Ministry said it'll facilitate public distribution system of kerosene for cooking and lighting purposes, allowing OMCs to store 5,000 litres of kerosene at two fuel pumps/district. The 21 states/UTs include Delhi, Punjab, Sikkim, Goa, Telangana and Gujarat.
