Govt formulates regulations to boost national waterways

to encourage development of national highways and improve the ease of doing business, government has formulated The National Waterways (Construction of Jetties/Terminals) Regulations, 2025. These have been put in place for the establishment of jetties and terminals by various entities. They are designed to attract private sector investment in setting up terminals, streamline processes, etc.
