Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal on Wednesday claimed the Punjab government has fulfilled 95% of the promises mentioned in its manifesto in 2012. The remaining promises will be fulfilled in the months to come, he added. He further claimed that Punjab was the only state in India giving free power of about ₹5,500 crore annually to farmers.
