Govt hikes minimum support price for wheat and other Rabi crops; releases list

The Centre has approved an increase in the minimum support price (MSP) for six Rabi crops for marketing season 2025-26. "Absolute highest increase in MSP has been announced for rapeseed and mustard at ₹300 per quintal, followed by lentil (masur) at ₹275 per quintal," the government stated. For wheat, there is an increase of ₹150 per quintal.
