Govt hospital worker overcharges patients by ₹1, loses job amid MLA's inspection in UP

A pharmacist was dismissed from his job for overcharging patients during a surprise inspection by BJP MLA Prem Sagar Patel at the Jagdaur CHC on Monday. The contractual worker allegedly charged ₹2 instead of the stipulated ₹1 fee per patient. Videos of the MLA's surprise inspection showed him scolding the pharmacist and also demanding his dismissal.
