Online gaming bonus above ₹100 taxable if withdrawn: Government

CBDT said bonus/incentives above ₹100 given in cash/kind by an online gaming intermediary to a user will be considered as taxable deposits. The bonus/incentive wouldn't be taxable if it's given only for purposes of playing and cannot be withdrawn. Even if a user has multiple accounts, bonus/incentives in each account will be considered taxable deposit, CBDT added.
