Govt moves to impound passports of Goa nightclub owners after fire kills 25: Report

Ministry of External Affairs has sent a notice to Luthra brothers- who own 'Birch by Romeo Lane' nightclub where 25 people died recently- asking them to explain why their passports shouldn't be impounded, NDTV reported. This reportedly came after Goa Police wrote to the ministry requesting revocation of their passports. Gaurav and Saurabh Luthra fled to Thailand after the fire.
