Govt not offering mobile recharge under 'PM Free Recharge Scheme'

Government does not run a scheme called 'Pradhan Mantri Free Recharge Scheme' and is not offering free mobile recharge every month to Indian citizens, PIB Fact Check said. It shared a WhatsApp message advertising the fake scheme, which said, "I've also done my free recharge for 84 days." The message further urged users to avail the scheme before November 30.
