Govt open to diluting its stake in SBI, ONGC to 49%: FM Sitharaman

Government is open to diluting its stake in PSUs like SBI and Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) to 49%, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman told Moneycontrol. "If you look at the listed PSUs and their valuations...you see the vibrancy which has been brought into them. Their share values have gone up, their dividends are much better than earlier," Sitharaman said.
