Govt opens control rooms to track oil supplies amid West Asia war

Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas has established round-the-clock control rooms to track fuel supplies and stock positions across India amid ongoing war in West Asia. Based on this real-time monitoring, government will take phased measures if necessary to safeguard consumer interests. India is well stocked with crude oil and petroleum products to manage short-term supply shocks, Ministry said.
