Govt orders inspection of BYJU'S account books: Report

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has ordered an inspection of BYJU'S account books and sought a report in six weeks, Bloomberg reported. The probe comes after three board members of BYJU'S resigned and Deloitte quit as auditor last month. Based on the inspection, the government will reportedly consider if the matter needs to be escalated to Serious Fraud Investigation Office.
