Govt overreacted: Tharoor on row in LS over ex-Army chief's memoir

Congress MP Shashi Tharoor said, "The government's overreaction needlessly paralysed the House." His remark followed the uproar in Lok Sabha when LoP Rahul Gandhi attempted to quote a magazine article that cited the unpublished memoir of former Army chief MM Naravane. "The best answer is to correct the facts, not prevent them from being aired," Tharoor said over government's reaction.
