Govt planning to build 6 new cities across Karnataka: CM Bommai

Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai on Wednesday said that the Karnataka government is planning to build six new cities across the state to decentralise development. While one of these cities will come up near Bengaluru Airport, others will be built near Hubbali, Dharwad, Gulbarga, Mysuru and Mangalore. The cities will have the best innovation centres and top-class education institutions, Bommai said.
