Govt plans stake sale in 5-6 PSUs, PSBs in FY27: Report

Government is planning to sell minority stakes in five to six public sector undertakings and public sector banks in fiscal year 2026-27, ET Now reported. It has set ₹80,000 crore disinvestment target for FY27 and will opt for offer-for-sale route for small stake sales. The planned disinvestment will focus on fair valuation aligned with market conditions, report said.
