Govt plans to privatise PSUs in all sectors except 4 strategic ones: PM

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday said that the government is committed to the privatisation of public sector undertakings (PSUs) in all sectors barring four strategic sectors. Addressing a webinar on government's divestment plan, he said that many PSUs are loss-making and are supported by taxpayers' money. They should not be run just because of legacy, he further said.
