Govt reiterates National Anthem and National Song rules, stresses correct script and diction

The Ministry of Home Affairs has reiterated rules governing National Anthem and National Song and has directed authorities to ensure strict compliance. It stressed that the correct script, text, diction and pronunciation must be followed during their rendition. The ministry added that where a state song is performed, the National Song and National Anthem must also be played.
