Govt rejects reports of special session for Delimitation & Women's Quota bills

Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju has rejected the speculation that a special session of Parliament will be held after the Monsoon Session to clear the Women's Reservation and Delimitation Bills. "There's no proposal to extend any dates...No special session to be held from August 16 to 18," said Rijiju. This comes amid continued adjournments during the current session.
