Govt releases forecast of Cyclone Tauktae's track and intensity

Government has released a table showing the forecast of Cyclone Tauktae's track and intensity. Rainfall warnings have been issued for Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Konkan and Goa, Gujarat, West Rajasthan and Lakshadweep Islands. "It is very likely to move north-north-westwards and cross Gujarat coast between Porbandar and Naliya around 18th May afternoon/evening," a press release said.
