Govt reshuffles IL&FS board; Nand Kishore new managing director

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has reshuffled the board of IL&FS Ltd, which is undergoing debt resolution process, appointing current executive director Nand Kishore as the new managing director. Existing board member CS Rajan is redesignated as the non-executive chairman. The latest appointments with immediate effect will last till March 2023.
