Govt selects 8 responsible AI projects under IndiaAI mission

The government has selected eight responsible AI projects under the 'Safe and Trusted AI' pillar of the IndiaAI Mission worth over ₹10,300 crore. Projects of IIT Jodhpur, IIT Roorkee and NIT Raipur are among those selected from more than 2,000 proposals. These projects will work on themes including machine unlearning, synthetic data generation and AI bias mitigation.
