Govt sets up C-PACE to ensure centralised de-registering of firms

The Union Corporate Affairs Ministry on Saturday said it has centralised de-registration of firms with the establishment of Centre for Processing Accelerated Corporate Exit (C-PACE), whose office was inaugurated on May 1. Harihara Sahoo has been appointed as first Registrar of C-PACE. The centre will benefit stakeholders by providing hassle-free filing, an official release said.
