Amid a row over leave India notice to actor Imran Khan, the Bureau of Immigration, Government of India, listed five points to explain how OCI cardholders aren't equal to Indian citizens. OCI holders can't vote in India, become an MLA, MLC or MP, hold constitutional posts like SC judge, get appointed to posts and public services, or acquire agricultural land.
