Govt shares blood group chart showing who can donate blood to whom

Health Ministry has shared a donor chart showing different blood types and their compatibility. It states that people with O+ blood group can donate to people with A+, B+, AB+ and O+ blood groups while people with O- blood group can donate to all the blood groups. People with AB+ blood group can donate to people with same blood group.
