Govt shop Salesman offers ₹20 to villagers instead of ration in MP

A salesman of a government-run fair price shop was caught on camera distributing cash to ration holders instead of grains in Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh. He lured them with money, offering ₹20 for every kilogram of low-priced ration and grains the villagers would relinquish under the Public Distribution System.
