Govt tells ministries to make hospitals, stations stray-dog free

The Union Health Ministry has told all ministries to clear stray dogs from their campuses (hospitals, schools, railway stations, and sports complexes) after a Supreme Court order last year. Ministries have been directed to submit state-wise compliance reports by June 30, enabling the Centre to file a comprehensive status report before the high courts by August 7.
