Govt to begin investing in space startups via ₹1,005 cr venture fund
Centre will invest ₹1,005 crore in selected startups through the Antariksh Venture Capital Fund, India's dedicated space sector venture fund. The first investment round will begin from the first quarter of FY2027 after detailed appraisal, third-party due diligence, and documentation completion, Union Minister Jitendra Singh said. SIDBI Venture Capital (SVCL) is the investment manager of the fund.
