Govt to develop 50 tourism sites, provide loans for home stays & waive some visa fees

Centre will develop India’s top 50 tourist destinations in partnership with states, who’ll provide land to develop key infrastructure including hotels, FM Nirmala Sitharaman said. Centre will organise skill development programs for youths, provide MUDRA loans for home stays, improve connectivity, provide PLIs for destination management and waive Visa fees for certain tourist groups.
