Govt to invite bids for IDBI Bank stake sale in mid-Jan: Report

The government plans to invite financial bids for its stake sale in IDBI Bank between January 15 and 20, NDTV Profit reported. The successful bidder is likely to be announced by the end of March. The Centre and LIC, which collectively held around 94% stake in the lender at the end of the September quarter, will jointly sell 60.7% stake.
