Govt to roll out Integrated Customs platform in 2 years

As announced in Budget 2026, Centre will launch Customs Integrated System in two years as a single platform for all the customs processes. Non-intrusive scanning and AI technology for risk assessment will be expanded to scan containers across all major ports. Meanwhile, cargo clearance approvals from various government agencies will be processed through single window by end of financial year.
