Govt to sell up to 2% Coal India stake via ₹5,000 crore offer for sale

The government has announced plans to sell up to a 2% stake in Coal India through an offer for sale (OFS). According to an exchange filing, the OFS will open to non-retail investors on Wednesday (May 27) and to retail investors on May 29 at a floor price of ₹412. The sale is expected to fetch around ₹5,000 crore.
