Govt to sell up to 3% stake in NLC India, floor price set at ₹303

The government has announced an offer for sale (OFS) to sell up to 3% of its stake worth around ₹1,260 crore in NLC India. The OFS, with a floor price of ₹303 per share, will open for non-retail investors on June 9 and for retail investors on June 10. Shares of the coal mining company closed at ₹335.65 on Monday.
