Govt to strike off names of over 3,300 firms from official records

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs will strike off the names of over 3,300 companies across the country from official records. The names will be cancelled for various reasons, including inability to commence business operations within one year. Out of the total firms, 700 are in Maharashtra, 500 are in Delhi, over 350 are in Karnataka and 200 are in Gujarat.
