Govt to take action in Gensol Engg case after examining SEBI order

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs said that it will take "necessary" action in the Gensol Engineering case after examining SEBI's order against the company. The Ministry will examine the order in light of the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. Gensol's promoters face a market ban after SEBI found they diverted the company's funds to buy properties for personal use.
