Piyush Goyal to visit US in September for trade talks

Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal is expected to visit the US in late September to discuss the proposed Bilateral Trade Agreement (BTA). India and the US are yet to schedule a bilateral meeting. Separately, FTA negotiations with the EU, Canada, and New Zealand are progressing, with the India-EU deal targeting a December 2026 signing.
