BlackRock CEO Larry Fink warned that AI revolution could create a "crisis" for Gen Z professionals entering the workforce. "When this year's college graduates enter the workforce, we could see the highest unemployment rate among them in years, even without a recession," he said. He added that society is not prepared to fulfil jobs that will be created by AI.
