Great Indian hornbill tortured before being killed in Nagaland; 3 held as video surfaces

A great Indian hornbill was tortured and beaten with a stick before being killed in Nagaland's Wokha district. Police have arrested three people after the video of the incident was widely shared on social media. "It is indeed too cruel and insane to have acted in such a manner and the culprits should be booked," an NGO said.
