Greece's parliament approved a bill that bans use of social media platforms for children under 15, effective 1 January 2027. Greece said it's standing by parents to help curb "endless scrolling" that deprives children of sleep, concentration and time with their friends. Earlier, France had proposed social media ban for minors, which was struck down by the country's Constitutional Council.
