Green corridor created from Faridabad to Noida, kidney transported

A 46.4-km green corridor was created between Faridabad and Greater Noida to transport a kidney. The organ was harvested from a 49-year-old man and transplanted into a 55-year-old who was suffering from Stage-5 Chronic Kidney Disease. A video showing policemen stopping traffic to let ambulance pass through has surfaced online. The kidney was delivered to the hospital within 25 minutes.
