Grievance redressal portal for railway staff launched

Railways Minister Suresh Prabhu on Thursday launched an online portal, called 'Nivaran', for the grievance redressal of both serving and former railway employees. Prabhu said that the portal will also help the Ministry improve the system by collecting feedback and that it will be launched in regional languages in the future. Notably, railways is the single-biggest civilian employer in the country.
