Grigor Dimitrov retires from Brisbane semi-final due to injury

Defending champion Grigor Dimitrov had to retire midway from his semifinal match of the Brisbane International on Saturday, giving Jiri Lehecka a clear shot at a second Australian Open title. Dimitrov, who was the defending champion at the Brisbane International, left the game with a groin injury which saw him in pain.
