Groww takes over Indiabulls' mutual fund business for ₹175.6 crore

Nextbillion Technology, which operates wealth management platform Groww, has completed the acquisition of the mutual fund business of Indiabulls Housing Finance (IBHFL) for ₹175.6 crore after receiving the necessary approvals, IBHFL said. This comes almost two years after the acquisition was announced. The deal also includes a cash equivalent of ₹100.62 crore to be invested by Groww.
